HIBISCUS SOUR

For all festive evenings, the drinks should be simple, good - and quick to make. With a little preparation, you can offer this flowery gin drink that everyone likes!


Ingredients:
Ice
1 egg white
Half a lemon
3 cl syrup
4 cl gin
1 dl Rscued lemonade hibiskus/lemon
Candied flowers for decoration 

How to:

Put ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour lemonade, gin and syrup into the shaker. Shake well. Pour drink into a martini glass through a strainer. Decorate with candied flowers.
