VINTERMUMMA SOUR

Fruity, spicy, sour and sweet. This drink simply has it all! Serve it as an appetizer before dinner, to impress at the mulled wine-mingle or as a bubbly Christmas drink at the mock- or cocktail evening!

Ingredients:
10 cl Vintermumma
3 cl lemon juice
2.5 cl simple syrup
1 egg white (or 1-2 cl aquafaba)
Cround vanilla for garnish

How to:
Fill a shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake until cold. Serve in a cupped glass with a lot of ice. Decorate by sprinkling some vanilla powder on top of the drink.

Tip! For those who want alcohol in their drink, add 4 cl amaretto, vodka, rum or whiskey before shaking!
