That our Vintermumma is a great alternative to mulled wine is old news, but we would also like to recommend baking with it! For example, these snowball-like truffles with vintermumma, roasted hazelnuts and browned butter. Now you can rescue apples and make something insanely good to drink at the same time! Taste the waste!! 

25 g butter
1 dl whipped cream
2 tablespoons Vintermumma
300 g white chocolate
Chopped hazelnuts

How to:
Brown the butter in a saucepan. Pour the butter into a clean bowl and let it cool. Gently heat the cream in a saucepan, add the browned butter and Vintermumma Bring it to a simmer, but don't let it boil. Finely chop the chocolate and pour the warm cream mixture over it. Stir gently until all the chocolate is melted. Put the truffle batter in the fridge for a few hours. Form balls of the cold chocolate batter and roll the chocolate truffles in chopped nuts.
