2. Orders
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the products, price, billing and delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at order@rscued.se.
Please ensure that all information is correct before completing your order as changes may incur an additional cost of up to SEK 240.
3. Delivery
Our standard shipping is estimated to take between 3-5 business days. Should delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us via email at: order@rscued.se.
4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 12% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to adjust prices if any of these errors occur.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods you have ordered. However, this does not apply to purchases of food or specially manufactured products.
5.1 When you exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you are cancelling your purchase. The message should be sent to us at hej@rscued.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which products the return applies to. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the notification of the right of withdrawal. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, delivery and the condition of the products when returned. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value in the event of a used or damaged product.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you. Products that are in the nature of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you. Customized products, which are tailored to you or have a clear personal touch to your wishes. Services that have been carried out and where you have expressly agreed to the service being started without a right of withdrawal. Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food. Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the item still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the fault has been discovered.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be reported to hej@rscued.se where you state your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. If we cannot fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. 7. Limitation of liability
We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution.
