JUICE

Our juices are made from salvaged fruit and vegetables. We allow the flavors to vary according to the season and what comes in. Once we've salvaged what we can, we top up with fruit from our fruit salvager friends.

For example, let's say we managed to save 400 kg of oranges, but to make a batch of orange juice we need 500 kg of oranges. We are missing 100 kg, what do we do? We turn to our fruit rescue friends and buy the last 100 kg of course! This way we can save a large amount of oranges that would otherwise have gone to waste.

Then we pasteurize all drinks during production to extend their best before date. It also means that our drinks do not need to be stored refrigerated. A great thing if you are working to reduce food waste. Plus, we think it tastes so much better than E substances and added sugar. Some fruits we can always save, which is why some juices are always available. Other fruits, however, we can only save for a short period of the year. We call these juices Limited. Seasonality and availability determine, which is why the taste and color vary from one day to the next. Luckily, we love variety and honest products!
