*The beetroots we use are "too big" to be sold in stores. Instead of them being thrown away unnecessarily, we make something good out of them.

Unopened packaging lasts 12 months at room temperature. Opened juice is stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 4 days, but as always, taste and smell. It often lasts longer.
