Vintermumma made from saved apples that would have gone to waste is topped up with the champagne king's luxurious non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Ingredients:
- 10 cl Vintermumma
- 20 cl Richard Juhlin Alcohol-Free Sparkling White
- Optional winter decoration
Do this:
- Pour Vintermumma into a wine glass.
- Top up with sparkling wine.
- Decorate with candied sugar, rosemary or apple slices.
