Vintermumma Sour

Fruity, spicy, tart and sweet. This drink simply has it all! Serve it as a pre-dinner appetizer, to impress at a mulled wine party or as a bubbly Christmas drink on a mock or cocktail night!

Ingredients:

  • 10 cl Vintermumma
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2.5 cl simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (or 1-2 cl aquafaba)
  • Chop vanilla for garnish

Do this:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients and shake until cold.
  3. Serve in a domed glass with lots of ice.
  4. Decorate by sprinkling some vanilla powder on top of the drink.

Tip! For those who want alcohol in the drink, add 4 cl amaretto, vodka, rum or whiskey before shaking
