Warm Vintermumma

The apples have been saved, the scent of cinnamon and cardamom lingers like a mist of Christmas spirit over the factory and we are sooo ready to start the winter mum season!

Ingredients:

  • 20 cl Vintermumma
  • Whipped cream
  • Gingerbread cookies
  • Ground cardamom

Do this:

  1. Heat the Vintermumma with your espresso machine or on the stove. Remove the Vintermumma just before it starts to boil.
  2. Whip up some cream and grind some gingerbread cookies.
  3. Pour the warm Vintermumma into a cup and top with whipped cream, gingerbread cookies and cardamom.
  4. Drink!

If you want to add a little extra heat, you can add a splash of whiskey, amaretto, rum or cognac.
