
The apples have been saved, the scent of cinnamon and cardamom lingers like a mist of Christmas spirit over the factory and we are sooo ready to start the winter mum season!
Ingredients:
- 20 cl Vintermumma
- Whipped cream
- Gingerbread cookies
- Ground cardamom
Do this:
- Heat the Vintermumma with your espresso machine or on the stove. Remove the Vintermumma just before it starts to boil.
- Whip up some cream and grind some gingerbread cookies.
- Pour the warm Vintermumma into a cup and top with whipped cream, gingerbread cookies and cardamom.
- Drink!
If you want to add a little extra heat, you can add a splash of whiskey, amaretto, rum or cognac.
