
That our Vintermumma is a great alternative to mulled wine is old news, but we also want to recommend baking with it! For example, these snowball-like truffles with Vintermumma, roasted hazelnuts and browned butter. Now you can save apples and make something insanely delicious to drink at the same time!
Ingredients:
- 25g butter
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Vintermumma
- 300g white chocolate
- Chopped hazelnuts
Do this:
- Brown the butter in a saucepan.
- Pour the butter into a clean bowl and let it cool.
- Gently heat the cream in a saucepan, add the browned butter and Vintermumma . Bring to a simmer, but do not let it boil.
- Finely chop the chocolate and pour the hot cream mixture over it.
- Stir gently until all the chocolate has melted.
- Place the truffle mixture in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Form balls from the cold chocolate batter and roll the chocolate truffle in chopped nuts.
