Polka mocktail

Polka mocktail

Why are non-alcoholic drinks sometimes called mocktails? The word comes from the English word 'mock', which simply means to imitate a cocktail. In this Christmassy creation, our spicy Vintermumma is joined by espresso and mint. Yuummmmmmyyyyyyy!

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl Vintermumma
  • An espresso or 5 cl of strong coffee
  • 1.5 cl polka syrup
  • Crushed polka dots

Do this:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Vintermumma , coffee and polka syrup.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Serve in a highball glass with lots of ice.
  5. Decorate with crushed candy canes.

Polka syrup: Boil 2.5 dl water, 2 dl sugar and 1 dl crushed polka dots until dissolved. Let cool. Enjoy!
